As disciples, we don't just attend — we serve.

Cause Kids

We believe kids can hear from God, talk to Him, and be used by Him to change the world, right now, and Cause Kids exists to give them that space to encounter His presence and discover who they are in Him. We'd love for you to join a team that's not just serving kids, but growing together in community, faith, and God Moments along the way. There is no Junior Holy Spirit!

Church online

The Online/Production Team is the group that makes sure our Sunday service reaches people wherever they are; running the cameras, managing the live stream, and making sure everything on screen looks and sounds great from start to finish. It's a behind-the-scenes team, but the impact is huge. If you love tech, timing, and being part of something that quietly makes a big difference, this is a great place to serve.

Cause youth

From 6th grade to graduation, we walk with students through every season of becoming, helping them belong, discover who they are in Christ, and grow into disciples who know their purpose and love the local church. Our prayer is that every student leaves our ministry rooted in an authentic faith, confident in their God-given calling, and ready to lead wherever life takes them next.

Guest Experience

The Guest Experience Team exists to welcome every person to Cause Church with the warmth and kindness of Jesus. From the parking lot to the front doors to their seat, we want every guest to feel seen, valued, and at home from the moment they arrive. If you love making people feel welcomed, this is the team for you.

MEDIA TEAM

The Media Team is where creativity meets storytelling by capturing photos, videos, and social content that reflect what's happening in the life of our church and all that God is doing. This team plays a big role in shaping how people see and experience our church, both inside and out. If you have an eye for a good shot, enjoy editing, or love finding creative ways to help people feel connected even when they're not in the room, this is the team for you! 

PRAYER PARTNER

The Prayer Team is for those who want to come alongside others in one of the most powerful ways possible, through prayer. Whether it's praying with someone after service, following up during the week, or simply being a steady, listening presence, this team helps people feel seen, supported, and reminded that they're not walking through life alone. If you have a heart for people and a desire to see God move, this is a meaningful place to serve.

OUTREACH TEAM

Join our Outreach Team! Our heart is to bless our local community through service, outreach events, and meeting practical needs. Throughout the year, we serve in a variety of ways, including caring for and encouraging the residents of the apartment community we've partnered with in Coeur d'Alene.

FOLLOWING JESUS

 The Following Jesus Team walks alongside new Christians as they take their next steps in discipleship. From the moment someone says yes to Jesus, we want them to know they're not walking that journey alone. If you love helping people grow in their faith, this is the team for you.

CLEANING TEAM

The Cleaning Team helps keep our church a warm, welcoming space for everyone who walks through the doors from Sunday mornings to midweek gatherings. Come and see what God can do as you join us for coffee and a time of fellowship that builds relationships as we discover the joy in taking care of His House! It's simple, meaningful work that makes a real difference, and there's a spot for you.

Tree or tumbleweed? <-———————— swipe through A tumbleweed has no roots. It goes wherever the wind takes it. There is no anchor, no stability, no place to stand when the wind comes. A tree however, is planted, rooted. Underground where no one can see, there is a foundation that holds it steady when everything above ground is shaking. The question isn’t whether the wind will blow. The question is whether you will have the roots when it does. “Blessed are those who trust in the Lord” Jeremiah 17:7 Roots don’t develop in a day. They develop one faithful decision to trust at a time. Every time you choose the Lord over panic, you’re growing deeper, not just still. “It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit” Jeremiah 17:8 It doesn’t say that the drought won’t come. It says the tree won’t wither when it does. Deep roots don’t prevent the dry season, they determine whether you survive it while still bearing fruit. Being planted is a choice , not an accident. It means staying, in the word, in community, in obedience. Even if and when it would be much easier and convenient to uproot and drift. Scattered things get carried off by the wind. Planted things bear fruit, season after season! If you’ve been drifting, no roots, no community, today’s the day to plant! Growth always starts with a single decision to get planted somewhere. Lord, plant me in your church. Grow in me roots that don’t move when I’m shaken in the storm. Let me be found faithful, and fruitful, even in the storms!
